Frequently Asked Questions

A covered call strategy involves holding an asset (ADA) and selling call options on that asset. If the price goes below the strike price, you keep the premium. If it goes above, your ADA may be called away but you still earn premium income.

rvADA is a receipt token that represents your share in the vault. When you deposit ADA, you receive rvADA. You can redeem rvADA to withdraw your ADA plus earned yield.

The vault settles weekly. Every Friday, options expire, premiums are collected, and new options are minted for the next week.

CAOV charges a 5% performance fee on premium collected. This is collected when you redeem your rvADA. There are no deposit/withdrawal fees.

Yes, you can redeem your rvADA anytime and receive your share of ADA. Withdrawals are processed within 24 hours.

CAOV has been audited and uses battle-tested smart contracts. However, like all DeFi, there are risks. We recommend reviewing our audit reports and risk documents.
